Unless expressly stated otherwise, Open2Place does not own, operate, manage, inspect, certify, supervise, or guarantee independently listed properties and does not act as landlord, tenant, property manager, healthcare provider, treatment provider, case-management provider, guarantor, or party to independent provider/seeker housing agreements.

Open2Place does not guarantee housing availability, provider performance, seeker or resident performance, property condition, licensing, certification, safety, suitability, payments, refunds, or successful placement.

Open2Place may assist users with communications, reports, complaints, or efforts to facilitate dispute resolution. Such assistance does not make Open2Place a party to the underlying transaction or housing agreement and does not create a duty to resolve the dispute.
